We visited on the 31/5/24. The service from the Maori lady operating the VR desk was AMAZING, she walked me through everything included in the packages and answered all my questions. We booked the VR experience we had so much fun that I booked my daughter on the ninja course, she was all smiles.
Had a awesome time here was so much fun to enjoy on my birthday the staff were amazing customer service was immaculate 10/10
For the VR experience only two of the four VR goggles were working so had to we couldn’t do it together and there was a 40 minute wait so we asked if we could do another activity. They allowed this and the boys decided to do the trampoline, we booked in for a later session and we offered no discount and had to pay the difference for the full paying activity which was a bit annoying but I accepted. We then went and did Tepin bowling as we had bought a voucher for that which was another diaster. The pins got stuck and we had to wait for 10 minutes for them to fix it. Then the ball return got blocked and they had to come and fix that, Our scores all got mixed up because of the faults, which they said they would sort out but never did. We then came back for the trampoline activity and got told we had already redeemed the session. I explained we had just arrived for the session and had been doing Tepin bowling, I felt like it was my problem. Told her to go and check with Tepin bowling because they will certainly remember us because of all the faults on our lane. Got that sorted and I asked her for the socks and got told I had to pay for them, which I explained I had already paid for I was told quite abruptly that I hadn’t and would have to pay extra. I argued and told her I had paid and to look again at the receipt which two pairs of socks was clearly listed, she then said “oh yes you have paid” no apology was given and I was handed the socks. Terrible customer service, totally disorganised. Really unpleasant experience.
Arrived after our bowling game to it not being set up. I do understand the staff member was young and seems like she’s still learning. 3 out of 4 guns were working properly. The management in charge of staff and the activity’s is shocking!! Cmon management. Upskill,support and guide the younger generation to run the place.

3d dark ride is awesome. Great discouned tickets using this site
