BEST Experience EVER!!!
We had an absolutely amazing rafting experience! We were so lucky to have the best captain Jack, the best safety guide, and the best photographer. The whole team was super friendly, professional, and made us feel completely safe the entire time. The rafting itself was both thrilling and fun, with breathtaking views that felt like being in The Wizard of Oz. Honestly, it was the best experience ever – even days later we’re still thinking about it! Don’t worry about winter at all, the gear is very professional and keeps you warm. The photo service was absolutely worth it – only $40 for dozens of great shots, with the photographer following us the whole way. And the safety guide wasn’t just reliable but also super handsome, which made the whole trip even more fun! Truly unforgettable – I’m sure we’ll still be talking about this 20 years from now. Highly recommended!!

Cultural and adventurous
It was surreal to raft in the middle of Maori lands, especially knowing we went over a chief's tomb buried behind a waterfall. It gave the experience a cultural aspect that you don't often have in a rafting tour. As for the rafting tour itself, it was great; the guide, Captain Jack, was super pro and guided us well through the waterfalls and rapids. I'm still traumatised with the 6-meter falls, but it's a good memory to hold on hahaha. Thanks!

Great wet experience
The pick-up service was great, so that we could leave our car in the city. The dressing and briefing went quickly. As we were the last boat of the larger group, our guide did a few extra laps in the boat to everyone's delight, as sometimes you have to wait in narrow places. We had a lot of fun and the tour was over faster than expected.
