Amazing experience
The team are absolutely incredible, very kind and they make everything to make you feel good, the pilots is awesome and the helicopter feels safe !

Worst service ever. Stay away
I'd give it 0 star if I can, booked the trip as a Valentine's day surprise (the day before the actual Valentine's day) while we are in Queenstown. After making the appointment, got an standard email telling us to do weather check bla bla at noon on the day. (Flying at 4) On the day of flying, called at 11, and just a voice message that they are closed for the day and advice caller to contact travel agent for other arrangement. I can understand if they cancel due to bad weather or insufficient passenger (4 min. Participant for each flight). But if they just decided to not open for the day I'm sure they can at least advice me as soon as they make that decision, instead of letting the customer find out on the day midday. I couldn't find another place on bookme where I can book flights on the day, so we never went on the heli ride. Most disappointing service ever, and I'm not someone that really cares much about service, but they couldn't even deliver the basics. If you don't want your plan to end up like mine, I'd recommend to stay away.

A ne pas manquer
Difficile à trouver (on a dû appeler, aucun panneau, il faut rentrer sur le parking des voitures de location) mais bon accueil. Pilote très sympa, et l'expérience était vraiment grisante pour moi qui n'avait jamais volé en hélico ! On vole jusqu'au Cecil Peak, où on se pose pour admirer la vue, prendre quelques photos, puis retour à l'aéroport. Ça passe vite mais vraiment top !
