Thank you for the review. We're glad you appreciated our professional team. Yes your time is only calculated when you are on the water & we can be flexible if people a a few minutes late - you were obviously having fun! We do have dry bags available for cameras & phones etc, you just need to ask. Thanks again for your feedback & for paddling with us.
Cheerful, fun, professional. Thank you so much!
Good service, good options for paddling or kayak and trips to the ruby island. Easy instructions. Very glad that we chose to do this, do it earlier in the morning before it became too hot, and this place is less busy than queenstown, with little disturbances from water skiing or sailing. Very peaceful and at your pace experience.
As Wanaka is all about the lake it is a great way to stop and take in the view. The workers are great. Was running late in the rain and let us start our hour from when we arrived not our start time. Would definitely hire a kayak from these guys again
Great review!! You don't need to go out to far into the lake to really appreciate how beautiful the scenery is. We'll look forward to seeing you again next time!!
Kayaking was good. Great location. But we came 15 minutes early as advised was required. Staff weren’t there and the signs to the ‘office across the road’ was not clear. Spent a lot of time looking for the office. No locals we asked knew where it was.
Many thanks for your review & we're glad you enjoyed getting out on the lake with us. I'm sorry that one of the crew was not there to meet you as stated in your booking & I will certainly look into why this was the case. Thanks for being honest with us & we'll certainly see if we can address the issues you experienced, to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thanks for chosing to paddle with us!

Kurz, knapp, effizient
