We found it very interesting and an enjoyable experience! Our guide JJ was fantastic!
A well delivered tour to the Glow Worm cave. Nice easy pace and plenty to hold the interest of all ages. Enjoyable walk back to base on Crags Way track through lovely bush. Thank you
Hardly any glow worms... And a bit dangerous for small children and elderlies...
Thanks for your review 21 days after your tour. I hope your memory was not muddled up with other places you may have been. We have seen this before where our 5 star reviews are left at other places. There are plenty of glowworms, however if you are one of the people who spend more time looking at the phone taking photos your eyes will not be adjusted to the darkness to see the glowworms. Another effect which we sometimes see is when people turn off the hand held light we give each person, we see some people look into the light, which will mean they don't see as many glowworms until their eyes adjust to darkness. As for your comment 'a bit dangerous for small children and elderlies' I don't understand your reference as there are 30 concrete steps with handrails into the cave and a concrete path after that for people to walk on. If you believe that our tour is dangerous, you only have my sympathy and pity, as life must be scary outside the concrete jungle. Ian, the owner.
The visit was very interesting and the staff was nice and welcoming !

Magical
An awesome experience. Beautiful and unique. Great opportunity to see glowworms, and staligtights up close.
